Please follow the house rules and be considerate of local residents during your stay.
🤫Loud noises and parties are strictly prohibited. Do not speak loudly after 9pm until morning.
⚠️Don’t bring too much food during your stay. Additional charges may be added if we find that there is too much food waste.
🚭*Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property, including indoors. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. In the unlikely event that cigarette butts or odors remain in the room,16,500 yen may be charged as an additional cleaning fee.

If you wish to stay an extra night Cleaning arrangements must be cancelled, so please ****be sure to notify us by 3:00 p.m. the day before. ****
Please note that a cleaning cancellation fee will be charged if the payment is received after 3:00 p.m. on the day before the check-out date or if the payment is not completed by the specified time.
**** If payment of the extra night fee is not completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out, we will refuse the request for an extra night and ask the guest to leave the room. ****

As there is no on-site staff, we are unable to manage deliveries, and this policy is in place to prevent loss, misdelivery, or theft.
If any mail or packages are sent to the property, we cannot take any responsibility for them.
If you need to receive items during your stay, please use off-site services such as convenience store pickup services.
